Carer Connect – Support Services Roadshow

The Carer Connect Service Provider Roadshow is about sharing the programs, services and resources available in our community.

We will be visiting 5 regional centres throughout the southwest in 2023:

• Warrnambool – March 2 @ Gateway Plaza from 10am-2pm
• Hamilton – March 30 @ Hamilton Library from 10am-2pm
• Portland – May 11 @ Portland Library from 10am-2pm
• Camperdown – May 30 @ Killara Community Centre from 10am to 2pm
• Mortlake – September 7 @ Library Foyer and Community Meeting Room from 10am-2pm

It will be an opportunity for service providers to update clients and community members about new and ongoing services and for workers to connect and network with other organisations in the sector.

Each Roadshow will feature local service providers and have representatives from government services.

* Helping you to connect to the services available in your region.

* Advice on available supports for you and the person you care for.

* Giveaways and activities for the kids
